A Taste of Culinary Nutrition Around the Globe

A series of virtual cook-along workshops covering a selection of food cultures from around the world. A ticket to this series includes registration to 9 different interactive culinary nutrition workshops held weekly in February and March, worth 17 CEUs. Each session will be held live on ZOOM, led by a different chef/RDN who will present key ingredients, traditional dishes and important aspects of their food heritage and then demonstrate several recipes in a cook-along style for participants (cooking along is optional). All sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend every session live.
